Behind The Music with Big homie e-sounds on 'Picture me rollin'

"Stay real and be you cause nobody can do you better than you can do you."

Jacqueline Jax speaks with Chris Johnson about being a Hip Hop creator today from making music that speaks to a niche audience to how music is being marketed today. You’ll hear their discussion on strategy and even how artists deal with haters. As we know coping with shade is never fun but there are ways to turn that vibe around and use it to your advantage. I think you’ll really enjoy this quick moving episode and powerful song. https://anchor.fm/ava-live-radio/episodes/Big-homie-e-sounds-Hip-Hop-Gets-behind-The-Music-with-Jacqueline-Jax-e4t2t0

I live in... Gadsden Alabama

No matter how good you are, someone is always going to be against you. Anytime you try to do something great with your life, there are always going to be others trying to bring you down. Or maybe your situation is a little more common—maybe you are just dealing with some internet trolls on your favorite social page. No matter what form hate takes, it is always hard to deal with. This song is about keeping it moving not letting anyone stop you just stay flexing on your haters always continue to roll on and stay in control.

Music has always been what we use to express ourselves. It serves us to get our thoughts out, emotions, and feelings. Hip hop has always been about self-expression. Rappers are artists with the drive to be able to express themselves through thoughts. It's a form of music that I enjoy creating.

This release represents how we are influenced by the old traditional way of hip hop. We are paying a little homage to 2pac but doing it our way with a new school twist to it. In the music, we like to talk about real issues but we also like to have a little fun flexing a little in the music for a vibe aside from just the lyrics. The two intermingle and play against each other to create an audible atmosphere that moves you.

Creating music for us gives us a chance to get our thoughts out. In the studio, we love to just write and come up with real things to rap about. The message is important to our audience so talking about real issues, relationship, feelings, and live vibes are important.

In hip hop, your voice is the instrument used to drive the message but it must be layered across effective drum beats and different sounds that get the listeners' attention and bring our creative juices to the surface.

COMMENTS:

Victor Kanmelu my queen i dont cope with haters. i dont even see them lol talkless of knowing when they hatin' or shadin'... focused on the vision.

Jacqueline Jax I think haters are funny actually. I once did some videos for youtube as a journalist on controversial topics and I got serious hate comments but to my surprise they were so bad that they made me laugh. I think you have to take it in context.

Jack Wagner Some good stuff right there!

Gregory Boyce Halls Let’em slip right away

Richard Gallacher What haters 🤔

Giovanni Amato I put no importance with a Hater because I see it this way, whether that person is hating or giving me Love, I have their attention. They take the time to see what I post and engage whether it’s negative or postive they are taking the time to get involved with what I’m saying or doing. Good or Bad, publicity is publicity and Madonna is a great example of that.

Moses Mitchell Pray for them

Hesh Meister Ignore them and let them stew in their own hate.

Roosevelt Fleming I’ve learned over time that I actually thrive off of haters. When some one says I can’t, that motivates me to show it without saying it.
#WorkSilently #LetYourSuccessScream 🗣🗣

Karisa Kay Ignore the negativity and pray for them! They are envious and miserable it is sad!!

Sidney Jordan If you do lead by example. And show them. Not to hate.

Johnny Travis Succeed n stick it up there asse whilst smiling eating a sticky bun lol

Ron Ziegler I turn the other cheek I try to sometimes lol I'm only human !

John Gagne Prayer does a great job in dealing with haters.

Anthony Tomaselli Put dog poop in a brown paper bag on their porch, light it on fire, ring the doorbell, run around the corner then peek back, enjoy 🙂👍👍

Lori Garner Keep being true to yourself ... work on being the BEST you can be.. send out loving positive vibes.. there will always haters.. imagine a moment in their shoes .. a moment wasted hating deprives the hater on being the best they can be.. Value LIFE and live .. in the positivity and beauty it brings .. keep shining ... one day the hater may see what they missed ..

Don Breithaupt roaring silence
