How long does it take before the ad is active?
Normally it takes 48-72 working hours to process your information and record your spot. (If we will be creating your spot for you) Then you’re Ad won’t go active until you have approved it. The timeline can be pushed if the order is performed on Friday due to our recording schedule but you will be processed first thing on Monday when we are back in the studio.
How do I know when my ad runs?

Plus you’ll be able to hear them yourself for audible proof of service. We will send you a link and your Ad marketing assistant will notify you when your Ad runs.
Does the release have to be new, or can I also promote your back catalog (Old songs)?
Spotify is an algorithm based services. Meaning that the more streams you get in a time period, the more likely you are to end up to Spotify’s official playlists like ”Fresh finds” etc. But an old song can end up on these powerful lists as well so we recommend running all your best songs through our Ad promos. Do I need to do anything else than order the campaign?
We will take care of everything you need. Although you can make your own 30-second spot and send it in with your order, it’s not necessary. We only need your song file, your Spotify link, and cover image. The cover will be displayed on social media as well as on our website and the song will be played when the user ops to listen through your link. Your song will also be running in the background of every ad.
